White Wines

California White
A special white wine blend developed by our winemaster shows rich straw colour and smooth fruit flavour. Simply prepared chicken, pork and fish are perfect dishes for this elegant blend.

Chamblaise^TM*
A Chardonnay blend producing a fresh, crisp dry wine with hints of apple and pear. Match with pork and roast chicken.

Chardonnay/Semillon
This unique blend is straw to pale gold in colour with a smooth and dry lingering finish. Serve with chicken stir-fry for a festive treat. Includes premium lightly-toasted oak.

French Colombard
This crowd pleaser is smooth and soft with a clean dry finish. Best consumed young. Chicken, cream sauce pastas and broiled fish are excellent matches.

 Gewurztraminer
A distinctive white wine with a floral bouquet and spicy citrus fruit flavours. Spicy chicken and Asian cuisine pair well.

Johannisberg Riesling
A light-bodied wine with a flowery bouquet and fruity flavours of lime, apricot and honey. A great partner to crisp salads and creamy pastas. Includes Elderflowers.

Liebfraumilch
A popular German style wine featuring the Riesling grape. Light and fruity with a delicate bouquet. Great white wine for hors d’oeuvres or pork medallions. Includes Elderflowers.

Musette^TM*
A finely scented Riesling with a light delicate flavour and crisp citrus finish. A refreshing wine that pairs well with seafood and fish.

Pinot Blanc *MEDAL WINNER
A medium bodied, delicate wine with an elegant soft palate and velvety fragrance. A fantastic wine for everyday. Serve with chicken and pasta.

Pinot Chardonnay
A clean, crisp and dry wine producing a fruit-forward taste with a delicate floral aroma. Try with your favourite grilled fish recipe. Includes premium lightly-toasted oak.

Pinot Grigio
A refreshing , light-bodied white wine with flavours of citrus, green apple and honeydew melon. Enjoy as a sipping wine or serve with lighter meals including open-faced sandwiches, filet of sole, or cheeses such as Brie and Camembert, with water crackers.

Riesling
Smooth, medium-bodied table wine with a fresh citrus bouquet. Snappy acidity compliments many spicy foods.

Sauvignon Blanc
A dry medium-bodied, delicate wine with subtle grassy, herbal aromas. This herbaceous wine pairs well with chicken with a wild herb stuffing, salads and vegetarian dishes. Includes premium toasted oak.

A smooth Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon blend with delicate flavours reinforced by a fruity bouquet. Grilled chicken salad or stir-fry matches well with this refreshing white wine.

White Bourgeron^TM*
A medium-bodied blend featuring Pinot Chardonnay has a crisp clean finish and delicate bouquet. An excellent choice for creamy pastas and seafood.

Red Wines

Barolo
A rich, full-bodied wine with velvety tannins. Flavours of ripe black fruits and spice fill the mouth. A fabulous companion for hearty beef and vegetarian stews, braised meats and Portbello mushrooms.

Bergamais^TM*
A refreshing lighter red wine with full fruit flavours of cherries found in Gamay Noir, the featured grape. Consume young and slightly chilled. Fabulous on its own or great with appetizers and pizza.

Cabernet Sauvignon
This classic red wine has soft tannins and is full of berry and black currant flavours. Serve with grilled spicy, red meats. Includes premium lightly-toasted oak.

California Red
A dry, easy drinking, light-bodied red wine developed by our Winemaster. A fantastic everyday red wine that goes well with everything from burgers to pasta.

Chianti
A lively, fresh and fruity wine that is produced from classic grape varieties. An excellent match for dishes featuring fresh tomato based sauces and pizza.

Merlot
An exceptionally soft and smooth, low tannin wine that is rich in blackberry and strawberry flavours. This great red pairs well with a traditional roast beef dinner. Includes premium lightly toasted oak.

Pinot Noir
A wine rich in complexity with a velvety finish full of spices and fruit with hints of cherries and strawberry. Guests will love this wine with tuna steaks grilled to perfection.

A blend featuring Cabernet Sauvignon producing a rich, smooth wine with a subtle fruit flavour. Try this fantastic blend with gourmet pizza with spicy sausages.

Red Bourgeron^TM*
A popular blend featuring Pinot Noir. A delightful, full flavoured dry red wine showing a subtle black cherry aroma and red berry flavours. This wine is a great partner with prime rib cooked medium-rare.

Shiraz *MEDAL WINNER
A trendy red wine that has a ripe strawberry bouquet. Flavours of plum, spice and blackberry with firm tannins. Try this one with beef stroganoff or with barbecued steaks and vegetables.

Valpolicella
A dry, light to medium-bodied wine, rich fruit flavours jump out of the glass of this ruby red Italian styled wine. Valpolicella works well with hearty pasta dishes and Gouda cheese.

White Zinfandel
An extremely popular fruity flavoured, very light rosé wine. Serve well chilled with your favourite summer salads and appetizers.

Zinfandel Blush
A flavourful, medium-bodied rosé with an attractive fruity bouquet. Refreshing when served chilled on its own or with spicy chicken dishes.
